Walnuts are good for everyone, but their only drawback is that they need to be peeled. Some of them are so difficult to peel that often half of the kernels have to be thrown away along with the shell. There is one little trick that saves energy, nerves and time. It turns out that the nuts need to be boiled a little. So, if peeling walnuts takes a lot of time, you need to boil them in boiling water.

1. First you need to bring to a boil the volume of water that should correspond to the number of nuts that you decided to finally peel from the shell.
